Improving the property data inside a Leiden housing corporation and reworking the processes around it. This is the groundwork a portfolio data copilot needs before it can tell anyone anything true.

Problem

Property data captured inconsistently, spread across systems, and maintained by processes that hadn’t kept up with the organization. Decisions were being made on numbers nobody fully believed.

Approach

Audited the data and process stack. Rebuilt the workflows around who captures what, when, and into which system. Shifted the team toward dashboard-driven reporting instead of ad-hoc Excel exports, which is exactly the foundation a portfolio data copilot sits on.

Outcome

Cleaner data pipeline, faster reporting cadence, and a team that stopped apologizing for the numbers in their own system.
