Digital twin & simulation

Before anyone commits budget to a full digital twin, a smaller simulation usually answers the actual question. I'll tell you which you need.

The problem

Before committing budget to a full digital twin, what most teams actually need is an answer to one question: what happens if we change X. A full twin is expensive and slow to build if the real question was simpler than that.

How it works

This track starts with the question, not the model. Sometimes a lightweight simulation answers it in a week. Sometimes the portfolio genuinely needs the fuller digital-twin platform, tied to the maintenance and operations data. I've built both, and I'd rather tell you which one you need before you commit to the expensive version.

Where this is proven

The platform I helped roll out at Bryder to Dutch housing corporations was exactly this: a digital-twin-backed system replacing manual, spreadsheet-based MJOP planning.
