Reporting & decision support
Board reports, tender responses, portfolio summaries: built from the same underlying data instead of assembled from scratch every time someone asks.
The problem
Board reports, tender responses, and portfolio summaries get rebuilt from scratch nearly every time someone asks, usually in PowerPoint, usually under deadline, usually pulling numbers that don't quite match the numbers from three months ago.
How it works
The fix isn't a report template. It's the same underlying data layer that a portfolio dashboard uses, with a reporting layer that assembles the recurring documents from it automatically, so the numbers in the board deck and the numbers in the dashboard are, for once, the same numbers.
Where this is proven
Proven at Ons Doel: shifting a housing corporation from ad-hoc Excel exports to dashboard-driven reporting, the same underlying-data-first principle this track applies to board reports and tender responses.
